Lookback Window minimum for minting SALT

To prevent the abuse of artificially inflated collateral prices minting excessive SALT, the minimum collateral value within a 7-day historical window is used when determining how much SALT can be minted. This increases the difficulty an attacker would encounter if trying to abuse our price oracles.

Collateral Liquidity Monitoring across multiple DEXes

Acceptance of collateral for opening new vaults will be capped based on monitoring the liquidity for that collateral in various liquidity pools as well as the risks of liquidation of the existing vaults.

This is to ensure that in the event of a liquidation of a vault and a forced sale of the collateral, the incurred slippage does not cause SALT to be undercollateralized.
